Race Driver : GRID

Grid is another fantastic racing game from "Codemasters" . Being released after Toca Race driver 3 , people expected it to live up to the standards of its predecessor and as a matter of fact it has. The graphics of this game are stunning. The crashes are mind-blowing and the racing is even more fun than it was in toca 3. The sounds and the visuals are enough to get you wanting this game . The most interesting feature in this game is the "flashback" which allows you to continue racing at some previous point in the race so that you don't have to redo the entire race from the beginning if you've totalled your car. If you have this game on the xbox 360 then you will have to experience the online play on xbox live , especially the online demolition derby races are crazy ! They can either leave you cursing the other racers or jumping with pride on surviving the entire race which is like hell. Mirror's Edge

Mirror's Edge is one great game that'll keep you glued to your monitor with great graphics and an excellent gameplay . However it has a few drawbacks , such as , it is a very short game . An average gamer like me was able to complete the game in about 3 days. And the number of retries to be made to clear an area are really frustating. This game on my current rig can be played on maxed out settings without any stuttering whatsoever . Here are some screens :

Xbox 360 Elite

Here's my 360 elite which was bought in July 2008 . The reason for getting the elite version was due to the fact that it has the biggest capacity hdd . It looks cool in black and due to the fact that elite's have the lowest rrod rate . I'd have to say that it has a huge selection of games and almost all of them are very good . For me forza 2 would have to be the best game on the 360.
